Abilities Tennis Curriculum

Need help starting your new Abilities Tennis clinics? Looking for new ideas to use with your players? Then this is for you!

Physical Education Abilities Tennis (PEAT)

This curriculum is easy to read and easy to follow. You can use all or part of the instructions to organize or further improve your clinics. It is broken down into chapters which describe, in detail:

  • Warm-ups
  • Specific Drills
  • Equipment Used

Eight separate lessons are provided and all give you a list of the equipment needed, necessary set up, lesson objectives, warm-up recommended, and the estimated time to complete the lesson.
