Adaptive Tennis Association of North Carolina currently has an application pending before  the Internal Revenue Service to be recognized  as a 501 (c)(3) tax exempt organization.  During the pendency of the 1023 application process and its status as an exempt organization recognized, ATANC makes no representations as to the deductibility or tax implications for any contribution or gift.  Donors and prospective donors should consult their tax advisor as to the tax implications or status of any contribution made to ATANC during this process.
