2026 Abilities Tennis Tournament of Greensboro

Join athletes from across the state for the 5th Annual Abilities Tennis Tournament of Greensboro! It's happening at Latham Park Tennis Center and is open to athletes with intellectual and developmental disabilities, ages 8 and up. All skill levels are welcome!
Event Details:
Date: Saturday, October 10,
Location: Latham Park Tennis Center, Greensboro, NC
Check-in: 9:00 AM
Play Begins: 9:30 AM
Volunteer Training: 9:10 AM (tennis experience required)
We’ll begin with singles matches in the morning, followed by doubles — subject to change based on registration numbers.
Lunch will be provided for all athletes, volunteers and coaches. Athletes, please wear athletic clothing and tennis shoes.
Access Grant for Athletes and Families
Financial assistance of up to $300 is available through the Abilities Tennis Access Grant. Details and the application are available in the tournament registration.

We’re going back to the
US Open! 🎾
Abilities Tennis was selected for the 2026 USTA Net Generation On Court Experience at the US Open in New York!
We are honored once again to be selected to take 12 athletes and their parent/caregiver or coach for a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Our Abilities athletes will be on center court at the US Open on September 8 for a special short court demo before the day match.
