Abilities tennis Onsite

The Abilities Tennis OnSite Program brings adaptive tennis directly to day facilities, schools, and community organizations serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Rather than traveling to a tennis facility, participants experience tennis in familiar, supportive settings.

All OnSite clinics are held at participating locations and led by trained Abilities Tennis coaches, providing inclusive, engaging, and developmentally appropriate tennis experiences.

USTA Safe Play | Safety in Tennis | USTA.com – This takes about 2 hours to complete. You can pick it up and put it down!

Steps to Become an OnSite Abilities Tennis Coach

Interested in becoming an Abilities Tennis OnSite Coach? This guide will walk you through the process.

To enroll in the IDD badge course, coaches must hold an active USTA Rally membership ($50 annually). To make this accessible, Abilities Tennis of North Carolina (ATANC) will cover the $50 Rally membership fee for all coaches pursuing the IDD badge.
